DEBORAH BRADSHAW

Healthcare professional with over 15+ years of diverse experiences from recruiting, outreach and marketing to administration, staffing and management.

 

In the capacities of Branch Supervisor, Director of Staffing and Lead Supervisor, Deborah resolved disputes, negotiated and coordinated with labor unions, Department of Social Services, Government officials and community partners while maintaining compliance to company, state, labor, federal and HIPPA regulations.

TAMARA BRADSHAW

Tamara Bradshaw is a Department Head with over 22 years of diverse military experience providing training, logistics, administration, manpower, operational and financial management, security oversight, guidance, and readiness support. Her skills include but are not limited to Personnel Security, Defense Information System for Security, National Background Investigation Services, Secure Web Fingerprint Transmissions, Insider Threat Program, Information System Security, Physical Security, Legal, Controlled Unclassified Information, Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act, Human Resources, Organization Defense Travel Administration, Casualty Assistance Calls Officer, Assistant Victim and Witness Assistance Program Coordinator, Medical and Dental Coordinator, and all facets of Office Administration. She is responsible for enforcing employment standards, addressing personnel issues, and managing diverse employee-focused programs and processes. She volunteered numerous hours with Soup Kitchen, Meals on Wheels, Habitat for Humanity, and Toys for Tots.

 

Mrs. Bradshaw's military tours have included the Office of Chief of Navy Reserve (Pentagon), Navy Reserve Forces Command, Norfolk VA; Navy Reserve Readiness Command South, Fort Worth TX; Navy Reserve Centers (Long Island, Richmond, and Miami), and Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 62, Brunswick ME.

Mrs. Bradshaw is entitled to wear the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (three awards), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (four awards), and Navy Good Conduct Medal (seven awards), amongst other unit and personal awards.

DR HAKIM MUHAMMAD

Hakim Muhammad holds a Doctorate of medicine. 

 

Dr. Muhammad is working as a Psychiatry Resident at Garnet Health Medical Center. He's a former Adjunct Professor for Essex County College, Orange County Community College, and Touro College of Osteopathetic Medicine. As a professor, his job is to instruct and train the next generation of physicians and undergraduate students beginning their journey in the health sciences, but his personal journey continues. He will soon begin his training in the field of Psychiatry with a focus adolescent and adult medicine.

BRIDGETTE L FORESYTH

Bridgette Foresyth is an experienced professional with over 20 years of Fiscal Law, Federal Acquisition Regulation Law, Budget Programming, Formulation and Execution and Emergency Rapid Reponse. 

 

As a Senior Budget Analyst for the Federal Government at the Centers for Disease Control, Bridgette managed over 200M budgets; at the US Army in Japan, authored the USAR Rapid Deployment Operations Order; as Comptroller for the Federal Government, US Forces to Afghanistan, managed a 1B appropriated fund and co-authored Money As A Weapon manual. 

 

In her capacity as Deputy Comptroller, Federal Government, National Park, Bridgette established the rapid deployment plan for funding during Hurricane Katrina and the BP oil spill.

DWAYNE BRYANT

Dwayne has been a three-time guest on the Oprah Winfrey Show, correspondent for Next TV, hosted the Unity breakfast for The Obama Presidential Library and has been featured on ABC, CBS, FOX, WYCC, WTTW, NBC and PBS networks for his impactful work throughout various communities. Dwayne has also received a Proclamation from the Pennsylvania State Legislatures for his book: The STOP – Improving Police and Community Relations.  Recognizing his work for creating solutions to improve police and community relations, Dwayne received EBONY Magazine’s EBONY Power 100’s “Community Crusader” award.  

LORNA MALCOLM

Experienced Fund Raiser/ Manager with an extensive and successful background in development. A proven track record in closing five – eight figure gifts.

 

Her professional background includes Senior Director of Development External Relations - California Polytechnic State University; Senior Director of Development at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Phoenix; Director of Major Gifts -National Urban League and Director of Development - University of Tennessee Health Science Center where she closed two $1M gifts within one year. Raised a combined $7M for the Colleges of Allied Health Sciences, Graduate Health Sciences, the Health Science Library and the Family Campaign. Was primarily responsible for the fundraising activities and results for the Colleges of Allied Health Sciences, Graduate Health Sciences, the Health Science Library and the Family Campaign for the Memphis Campus. Developed an aggressive fundraising campaign plan that is currently being implemented by the Colleges of Graduate Health Sciences and Allied Health, the Health Science Library and the Family Campaign for the Memphis Campus in the context of a $1B capital campaign. Combined goals are $6 million over seven years.

JODI BROCKINGTON

Jodi Brockington is an executive leader with a wealth of experience leading organizations and cross functional teams. She holds an exemplary record of creating innovative programs to increase footprint and deliver sustainable results.  Ms. Brockington's experience includes Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility for Nexus Brands LLC; Financial advisor at Merrill Lynch; Vice President of Sales and Administration at Merrill Lynch Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Management; Director of Alumni Affairs at the National Urban Fellows Inc. and Director of Corporate Relations and Fund Development at New York Urban League.  

 

Jodi served as the Deputy Director for Speaker Management for the global financial Dignity Summit; Chief Marketing Officer for Count Me in for Women's Economic Independence and the New York Bar Association Women's Group. She holds educational degrees in both Social Work and Public Affairs and with over 15 years executive experience in myriad roles including prospecting and cultivating high profile clients, stakeholders and networks, managing daily operations of events and programs.

As an International Business Development Consultant, Mr. Nurse represents companies in the United States, South America, Africa, and the Caribbean. His business development efforts have resulted in the production of thousands of jobs in both developed and developing companies.
